More Photos from the Past

I want to go steal every photo from mom and scan them all; this is so much fun! Albeit time consuming :) but still great fun.

Ah, I was such a cute little softball head!
I do bear a strong resemblance to Pop. I'm not sure being compared to a  60 year old man is a good thing but there it is :)
I wasn't old enough to ruin hope chest's or destroy turtles so she still liked me ;)
Glenna has taught me lots of things in life...and it looks like walking is on that list!
Dan Galvin and me on one of their visits to Washington
Celebrating the season with Tim and Jody. I sure did dress for occasions in those days. Must be because someone else was making the choices :)
Who's the winner of the cute-contest? I call it a three-way tie.
Chillin' in Santa Rosa at the Galvin's
We are at a wedding; you two are supposed to look happy.
Family Reunion at the Walter's. I think Jody is glad to be there. However, Dan may be telling his mother to behave. He always has been the sensible, in-control one.

Glenna still has that Tupperware container and Anna still has that same smile!

Christmas in Hawaii
Yes Shannon, that is how most of us felt when we were in Hawaii for Christmas of '82; but there were definitely good times too!

The early risers enjoyed viewing a spectacular sunrise from the top of the mountain (needless to say I was not among the early morning sunrise gazers)
I may not have been up at the crack of dawn to see the sun rise but I was definitely available for a sunset sailing cruise. It was sensational.

Caught with her hand in the cookie jar!

Holidays, Birthdays & Time Together
We really do have fun as a family - don't you think?

Joc has no interest in singing and being corralled; Anna is weary after a long day of corralling; Shannon is determined to corral everyone in spite of an apparent lack of interest; and Paddy is singing away having a grand time oblivious to the silly girl antics next to him. I love kids!

Glenna made these outfits. I had forgotten about these dresses. Too cute for words!

Daddy dancing a jig on St. Pat's day. Wish this was a video!
Is Shannon thanking Paddy for pushing her around...or pushing his hand  off of her chair and telling him to get his own? You be the judge.

Early Days at Fragaria

Tim and me at the beach in December...and the only bathroom was the outhouse off the sleeping porch. Scary :D
That blue Snuggli got many, many hours of use with Joc, James and Daniel. Best invention.
Proof that David does visit the beach
Look what's getting built in the background

The cinder-block fire pit getting built. His back was very grateful when Pat took over this job.
