We love you Shannon and miss you dearly!

My favorite daughter turns 30 years old on Sunday, September 4! Yes, I know, she's my only daughter; but that's not the point. She's in California. I'm in Washington. It's all sort of weird. That's the point.

I leave for the beach first thing in the morning and will be without Internet access until I return next Tuesday - so today I'm posting an Irish blessing for her:
